Hi folks, I have a question for you.
Does this look like 37 and a half handles?
Trading up into this fair value gap that I gave you on the daily chart
that was annotated in black trend lines.
Um, the draw would be back down into Tuesday's regular trading hours.
And Piper's behind me snoring.
And right over here, there is a buy side imbalance sell side inefficiency that's anchored
to all of this run up.
That did.
And all I'm looking for is just a run down about halfway.
See that? I could be a coach at the NFL.
The uh... the gap. Let me see it right there.
So I'm trying to be a little aggressive getting down towards the lower end of it.
Okay. And I can now move the stop
down to lock in said 37 and a half handles
and need not be requiring the market to go to my target.
So, low hanging fruit objective, the gap,
ahead of where I would like to see it really get to,
and it's already moved more than 37 and a half handles.
One micro.
You guys are out here sweating trying to trade multiple minis in this volatility
just to get 10, 20 handles.
What if you did this over your 10 or 20 accounts?
You could sleep at night. You're not gonna get an ulcer.
Relax. If you get stopped out, in target, who cares?
You're not worrying about the outcome. It's a lot easier to get there.
But you think by having more of the mini contracts on, it's gonna be easier for you to get to your target.
Why is it so many people fail?
Because they can't handle the pressure, they can't handle the drawdown,
and they're trading too large of a position with the current volatility.
Almost wanted to stop me out just to show you that it's okay.
Even if it goes wrong to me thinking it was likely to go...
or in this case where I'd like to see the trade go to.
Getting stopped out here better than what I'm aiming for for a low hanging objective...
37 and a half handles.
So, I have a first class ticket to see if I can get my target,
or get stopped out better than 37 and a half handles.
So, that's a wonderful place to be when you're trying to trade and you have a model
that's anchored to very low expectations in the math,
but the technicals allowed you and afford you to trade much larger degree of setups.
And if you incorporate a nice well-rounded risk management model
with the actual money... it's being implemented...
it's magic.
See how I traded inside that little fair value gap?
Right there. That's the institutional order flow entry drill.
We like to see partials while the gap stay open.
That should start to move its way down lower.
I'm recording.
Okay. I'm just gonna move this down just a little bit because I wanna
always lock in a little bit more gain.
If it moves for me while I hold the position open,
I always like to squeeze a little bit more out of it. I don't care about getting stopped out prematurely
because I have so many ways to get back into a move.
Not that I'm looking for another way back in if I get stopped out.
So, way above the 37 and a half handles that I outlined last week as a model.
Even getting stopped out, that's not a bad thing. That's not a bad thing.
And some of you think that that's failure.
That's just you taking a closed position and moving it into the win column.
That's all it is. But you're looking at it as failure.
'Cause you're looking at, "What if it went to this target?" or "What if it went lower?"
Look at everything that's ever happened in any of your trades.
You can always look and see how you could have done that.
What is it gonna add to your next trade? Nothing but more anxiety.
So you have to learn to be content.
So we made a slightly lower low.
There.
And I'm going to, once again, move the stop down.
And if I get stopped out at 161, that's okay.
If I get taken out at 210.50, that's even better.
See how trading with one micro removes all of that fear, that anxiety?
It has nothing to do with being perfect.
If you can't navigate, if you're scared to death over the outcome of the trade
because you're trading with so many mini contracts in your funded account challenges,
you're gonna... you're gonna sweat the... the little things.
And by having something like this across 10 or 20... uh... accounts,
you're not forcing the market to, you know, bend to your will 'cause you're over-leveraging.
Now, done.
Painless.
