Why do super healthy eating people get cancer?
I don't understand. It's because it's not just about the food.
You can do everything right. You can eat super healthy.
You can exercise. You can take all the right supplements.
You can bounce on the rebounder every day.
You can do the coffee enemas, drink your own urine.
You can do all the right stuff. But if you are full of anger and bitterness and resentment and jealousy and envy and worry and anxiety, if you're full of all these negative emotions, they are going to suppress your immune system and make you vulnerable to disease. Not just cancer.
I mean, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, and cancers. And so if I can leave you with anything tonight, I just want to encourage you to forgive every person who has ever hurt you until there's no one left.
