Analysis of Stourbridge Wildfire Damage
Just show you another part of this Stourbridge, uh, wildfire.
It absolutely stinks of burning still. It's, it's cold now
and it's sheltered this.
But yet another part we stumbled across.
It's surrounded by green. Literally
surrounded by green, and just look how it's stopped.
Okay, that is a bit of a path, but when you've got excessive
heat like this, a little bit of path is not gonna stop
it catching fire to whatever's inside of the path.
'Cause if you're gonna have that argument with me, guys,
well then how's it crossed
the road there then?
You know?
Caught on the trees, but the trees haven't burnt up to the top
here.
Look at this.
They've just burnt on the... Look.
That's burnt as well there, look.
Look, why is this clear here?
Nothing burns here.
This is all clear.
We've got this random log here, more buckets, look.
But then it's burnt here.
This guy's. Just makes no sense.
It doesn't.
Makes even less sense when you see the houses, which
are nowhere near, by the way.
More buckets.
Oh, mate, there's another big burn site over here,
look.
You can, you can smell it, yeah.
So these trees seem in okay. Holly tree.
That tree's seen better days. Another one where it's just give way,
look, and just
completely collapsed at the trunk.
Like it's been cooked from the inside out.
