How to Last Longer in Bed: Breathing and Pause Techniques
TV. Here's the thing, a lot of you guys are finishing way too
fast in bed. You know what I mean? Studies say the average guy lasts
around five to seven minutes once you're inside.
But I know plenty of you are nowhere near that.
You're right in the moment, it feels incredible, and suddenly it's
over before she even gets close. That leaves you embarrassed,
frustrated, and scared you're letting your partner
down.
I gotta say, I've been there. Today, I'm gonna share three pro
techniques I learned over twenty-plus years in the adult industry.
Real stuff that actually helps you last longer and enjoy sex
more. Stick with me till the end, and I promise you'll have some tools you
can
use right away. If you're new here, hit that subscribe button and ring the

You know, when I first started in this industry,
I wasn't some marathon
man. I remember one of my very early scenes.
I was so excited and nervous that I barely lasted a couple
minutes. I felt like a total two-pump chump,
believe it or not.
The pressure was crazy. I was sitting there thinking, "If I can't
even control this, how am I supposed to do this for a
living?" It was
embarrassing as hell, but as I got more experience
and hung around
the older guys on set, I started learning how to actually read my
body. Once I figured that out, everything changed.
So the first thing I want you guys to try is mastering your
breathing. When you're getting close and that tingle starts
building, most guys start breathing fast
and shallow.
That just makes everything speed up even more.
Instead, slow it way down. Breathe deep into your
belly through your nose for four counts, hold it for a second,
and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Keep doing that while you're still moving, but slower at
first. I use this one all the time on set
when a scene is running
long. It calms your nervous system down
and pulls you back from the
edge without killing the mood. You might think it sounds too simple,
but trust me, it works. It really works.
I know a lot of you guys over forty start feeling like your body is betraying
you. This breathing trick helps you stay calm
instead of panicking.
All right, now the second technique I use a lot
is the deep pause.
When you feel yourself getting too close, go all the way in
deep and just hold still for ten to fifteen seconds.
No thrusting, just stay there. Keep breathing slow.
Maybe kiss her neck or touch her body.
Let that urgent feeling pass, then start moving again, but
slower this time. I remember one long shooting day,
things were
getting really intense. I kept using this deep pause whenever
I needed a reset, and it let me keep going strong without
having to pull
out completely. Your partner usually loves
that deep pressure anyway.
It feels good for her too. This one also helps a ton with performance
anxiety.
