Dramatic Train Disaster Story
The man ripped the woman's clothes off.
Then he detached one of the train cars. The train was headed straight for a cliff.
Desperate for more fuel, a wealthy passenger grabbed the woman's
hat.
As the crowd cheered, he handed it to the conductor.
The hat went straight into the furnace.
But one hat wasn't enough, so he did it again.
When the poor passengers refused to give up their hats, he held up a stack of
cash. That changed everything. Then the suitcases opened.
People started selling everything they owned.
One possession after another passed into the hands of the wealthy.
Even babies were not spared. Still, the rich man demanded more.
He convinced them to tear apart the train itself.
By the end, people had even sold the clothes off their
backs.
Then, as the final bolt came loose, the rich man disappeared with
everything he had taken, leaving nothing behind.
The poor paid with their lives. The wealthy kept celebrating.
Then suddenly, the conductor announced there
was no fuel left.
Panic erupted. Everyone rushed to the front of the train.
After a desperate struggle, the train finally stopped,
balanced on the edge of
disaster. At the very front, a cow stepped safely onto solid ground.
Then the conductor emerged from the engine room.
He took the little girl's hand and turned toward the passengers.
For a moment, nobody moved. Then he stepped forward.
The balance broke. The train began to slide, slowly at first,
then faster and faster until the entire train disappeared
down the mountainside. Did you figure out what it means?
