Ethics of Gene-Editing on Human Embryos
What if scientists created human life just to experiment on it?
Well, unfortunately, it's not science fiction because at
Columbia University,
they're using gene-editing technology on human embryos, and
then they're destroyed. Scientist Alexis Komar
said, "There's really no ethical way to use
this." And
bioethicist Father Tad Pacholczyk said, "Creating human
lives just to destroy them is immoral."
Humans aren't lab rats, so please tell Columbia
University to stop treating humans like lab rats.
