Symbolism of the Firstborn in the Bible
So, hey, when you have your firstborn, can I have it?
Because that is going to be one special baby.
Have you ever wondered why the firstborn?
Well, if you understand biblical law, the symbolism makes a lot more sense.
God says in the Bible, consecrate to me every firstborn.
The first offspring of every womb among the Israelites belongs to me.
Exodus 13.2.
That verse is saying that the firstborn belongs to God.
Why?
Because of what the firstborn symbolizes.
Firstborn is symbolic of the first fruit, inheritance, covenant, the opening of a womb.
The firstborn is the beginning of a bloodline's visible continuation.
Firstborn of your sons you shall give to me.
Exodus 22 29. Beginning is consecrated because the beginning represents what
follows. Dark occultism is often portrayed as operating through
inversion. Meaning they like to take what is sacred and dirty it up. Like taking
what is consecrated and corrupting it. They like taking whatever is divine
order and turning it upside down. If the light says the first belongs to me,
then the darkness says then that's the one we will try to steal. When Pharaoh refuses to
release the Israelites, then the plague strikes the first born children. Why? Because of what
the first born represents. Power, inheritance, succession.
the future of a system.
Jesus himself was the firstborn.
The New Testament calls Christ
the firstborn over all creation.
The firstborn represents the continuation of a house.
The one who opens the way for what comes after.
Which is why, symbolically,
the firstborn is always a powerful target.
Because if you want to corrupt a bloodline,
you attack the beginning.
If you want to interrupt an inheritance,
you attack the heir.
Darkness can't create, only imitate.
So it studies the pattern and reverses it.
The firstborn belongs to God,
then the firstborn is the one they want.
The enemy targets what carries the mark of inheritance.
Not because darkness has its own law,
but because it's always trying
to become the inverted reflection of divine law.
As above, so below.
Anything of light casts a shadow.
