Discussion on Impeachment and Judicial Accountability
Let me go to that. I- you're talking about DOJ.
They're not gonna lead on impeachment. I'm gonna lead on impeachment.
Look, I sat in a room with the people, with the judges.
I was US attorney. Now, you don't have to like me,
you don't have to like Trump.
I'm the US attorney, and I'm sitting at a table,
and some of those judges,
Chutkan was one, wouldn't make eye contact with me.
That's how deluded these people... These people are not well.
And then what they did to individuals, what they do with their power, these
people should be im- im- impeached.
And again, back to information, uh, uh, war, uh, back to
information battles, we need to lay out how corrupt these
people are.
And when I say corrupt, I don't know if they're taking money or not, but their
worldview is corrupt. They think they're something they're not.
And by the way, their husbands and wives are working in non-profits
making tons of money, and so are their kids, and they
are going on these trips, and
they... And we need to put- shine a light on it.
If they wanna be so outside of the norm, then we should impeach them, and
we have... Our, our RINOs in the Congress won't wanna
impeach.
They get scared of it. But I can tell you this, Benny,
just this conversation,
saying we're gonna impeach these guys will make the rounds of judges.
I clerked for, uh, high-level judges.
They all talk amongst themselves, and they're terrified of accountability.
We should have more accountability by impeachment.
Throw some of these guys out, arrest some of them if we have to,
and get people
really energized to hold them accountable. Well, uh, judges can be more liberal.
They just can't be lawless.
How would you arrest a judge?
Well, I, I, I would, I... The, the, the general m- uh,
I probably went too far in
saying that. It... I think if you shine a bright light on some of
these people that
have been so arrogant and so protected, that you're gonna find that there's
misconduct. And look, I was a prosecutor.
I saw some of the highest levels of people.
Arrogance plus power leads to corruption a lot.
So I don't know what the charges would be now, but I can tell you, if you shined a
klieg light on these people who are so arrogant, they believe that
they're so above the law, I just don't think that there's a, a,
a low
likelihood you're gonna find other things.
But I'm not arguing for that with you now. I'm saying impeach them. It's obvious.
They've gone way past what their role is.
They have gone way past what good conduct should be, and we should be making an
argument, build a dossier, and say, "These judges, you know, this one and this
one and this one, these are the rulings.
This is their conduct," and put the word out
and convince the public
and the Congress to impeach them. And if you impeach a half a dozen of them,
they
have to go to trial in the Senate. They...
All hell will break loose, people will be nervous,
and it will modify behavior.
Right now, you can be lawless and be rewarded with, you
know, k- uh, uh, big c- jobs and contracts and book deals.
We need to make it so if you're lawless, you pay a higher price.
Because if you're a Trump supporter, you're gonna...
As you mentioned, you're gonna pay a price.
You're gonna be paying a price for a long time.
