Discussion on Accountability for Fauci
Final question for you on this, and I just
cannot thank you enough for your work here.
The, the state attorney generals,
uh, now we have some breaking news.
Yesterday, uh, James Upmeyer was on the show, and he said, you know,
"Listen, I am working with other
state attorney generals right now, and we're all working together on this
Dr. Fauci issue to see what would be the best
avenue to move forward." What
is your advice to them? Have you met with other state attorney
generals?
Have you given your information and data over to other state attorney
generals?
And of course, the landscape here goes like this, Dr.
Fauci is not pardoned for state crimes, right?
Right.
So states can, of course, bring prosecutions,
and his federal pardon does not
protect him.
Now, I've met with the Florida Attorney
General.
I know Tubmy Tu- Tommy Tuberville will probably become the
next governor of
Alabama. He, he wants to pursue this.
So there's still legal jeopardy there from the standpoint of, uh, you know, Fauci.
There's no doubt about it. But understand, and I'm, I'm happy to concentrate on
Fauci because finally these, these warning signals made
news, but there are so many more people that
are complicit in
this, that are culpable, that I think, uh, again, hid things from the American
public and, and resulted in death and permanent disability.
So there's a much larger group of people inside these agencies that need
to be held accountable. It's not just Anthony Fauci,
and those people do not
have pardons. Now, they have a great deal of immunity.
You know, it's almost impossible to sue the federal
government.
It's difficult to sue or take action against, uh, the, the
agents of the federal government.
But again, where there is fraud, where there's ... I mean, I, I don't know.
I'm not a lawyer. I'm not a prosecutor.
What my job is to expose the truth, and it's been like pulling teeth to get
this
information, but now we finally have these devices.
We're gonna try and attempt to get more devices.
You know, again, th- w- we should have had Fauci's phone over a
year and a
half ago. We should have had his diary a lot sooner.
We should have had all these documents sooner.
Bobby Kennedy is absolutely committed to radical transparency.
You have people in these agencies who are probably complicit, probably
corrupt, doing everything they can to trust,
to frustrate his efforts
at providing this information to, to folks like me and Senator Paul and the
American public.
