Understanding Magnetism in Real Time
You're about to see magnetism in real
time develop right before your eyes
like magic.
Let's see another view of that cube magnet.
This is one of the poles.
Now, if I turn it sideways,
you'll see a slice
of the toroid of magnetism.
Let's have a look
at a ring magnet.
Let's have a view from the top.
And now, a view from underneath the viewer.
Next,
I have
a small grouping of small cube magnets.
As you can see, we're viewing the toroid,
which looks like-- think of it as a donut.
Okay?
One slice here,
one slice there.
Next, let's have a look
at a really large
donut magnet.
Remember, this is in real time.
So if I move
the magnet
and change its angle,
we're going to see
a real time update in the image.
Just like that.
