Government Fraud Recovery Efforts

So we've recovered about $280 billion in fraud, and that's just since the president

made me the leader of the fraud task force.

Of course, there's a lot more out there.

We're gonna continue to work, and we actually have a big announcement,

I believe,

with Dr. Oz tomorrow morning on some additional

fraud that we found.

But it's just everywhere, Greg. It's in, it's in Medicaid.

It's people who don't deserve, who are not entitled to those benefits who are

getting them. It's, it's illegal people who

are collecting Social Security.

It's Medicare benefits that are going not to the people who paid into

it for their

entire lives, but in some ti- cases, total phantoms, people who have

invented a human being on paper just to collect fake

benefits. It's everywhere in our federal government

because unfortunately for so

long we had an administration, a series of administrations

who just didn't take fraud seriously.

Uh, one of the best things the President of

the United States has done, and it's a

long list, but one of the very best things he's done

is actually

empower us to fight fraud at all levels of the government 'cause it's happening at

all levels of the government.
