Debate on Woke Culture and Policing

Woke Campbell completely destroyed and his glory

is playing a role in trying to deliver some kind of social justice.

That is what woke is meant to mean.

Woke has become a catch all term of abuse.

Not really. Yes it has.

I can define it for you if you like. Go on then. It's a hierarchy of oppression.

It says different groups are oppressed at different levels and I can look at your

skin colour and immediately tell whether you're an oppressor or you're oppressed.

You happen to be a straight white man, therefore you're the oppressor.

I happen to be a black trans lesbian, therefore I'm oppressed.

And that's the way this debate is being done.

And by the way. That's the way the debate is being done. Hold on Alistair.

The debate. Alistair, chill out.

Not only is it the way the debate is being done, we see it in policing.

Not only in the way the policing is being practised,

but in the instructions police officers get.

They're explicitly told not to treat people equally.

Explicitly.

Honestly, this stuff is just, it's dementing. It's absolutely amazing.

That's the quotes from the police own instructions.

No, okay, and it may be, and it may be because you found one document where

some guy is writing some guidance for police.

The idea... It's the College of Police and Guidance. Okay, okay, wait a minute.

This is how police officers are trained.

Why are you saying okay,

like I'm saying I'm making something up? Because I think...

Have you looked into it? I'm not saying I'm making it up. Not as deeply as you.

Well, I think you should. Well, maybe I should, but I...

Because then you wouldn't dismiss the factual

things I'm saying out of hand, which is what you're doing.

Let me dismiss it in my own way. Fine, go ahead. Right, okay.

He's going to hog the microphone again. I am. This is outrageous to me.

You haven't looked into this.
