That's propaganda. It needs a liar who knows how to lie. I mean, it's all, all rumors that I embrace as facts.

Any rumor you hear, if it is, of course, nega— I use it, I use it.

If it is negative— Negative toward— I focus on it.

Saddam Hussein and Iraq, I use it. I practiced political propaganda with every ounce of strength I had, with lots of fanfare.
