Advice on Forgiveness and Worry

What's the best advice you ever got?

Uh, just forgive.

Really. And, and don't worry.

Huh.

My dad told me that. He said, "You worry too much." I said, "You think?

I thought it was a good thing." He says, "No, it's a sin." I said, "What, really?"

Oh.

And I said, "Why? Why is it a sin?" He said, "Well,

because it s- it shows a

decided lack of faith in providence and in God."

Oh.

He said, "So if you worry too much, it's not good."

That's good advice.
