St. Peter's Remains and Jesus' Promise to Build the Church
You know, Je- it was prophetic word.
He said that the church will be built upon that rock s- and, and Simon Peter is
the rock.
You said that it helped kind of redefine what your faith meant.
I would love to, like, clarify what you meant by that. I
was reading about that.
Well, you know, I think the idea that St. Peter is there is meaningful.
Yeah.
And you... I, I don't know that I have time to t-
fully go dive into it in a, in a
quick interview like this, but I'd love to talk to you about it at
some point.
But it was really profound to, to be, uh, encountering the
remains of one of Jesus's apostles.
And, you know, Je- it was prophetic word.
He said that the church will be built upon that rock s- and, and Simon Peter is the
rock. And so to be there and, and to see the church some
2,000 years later, his prophecy of his words came true, uh,
it just was really
meaningful to me.
