Elon Musk Discusses Political Views

I wanted to dive into

this, I was riveted this morning

as I was watching, preparing for the show

and watching Elon Musk sit down

with almost a caricature of a snooty,

left-wing British journalist who is the editor-in-chief

of The Economist which is a thing

that people subscribe to so they can tell

people so they think that they're smart.

Uh, not really very interesting for the most part,

but Elon did sit down with them

and Clay, I thought of, of all

of, there was a lot of great stuff,

uh, but cut one here.

He seemed talking about, cause she comes after him

as being somehow far right or, uh, enabling the far right.

Listen to Elon discuss not just for America,

but for Western civilization, the reality of the political shift

of the last decade or so play it.

Yeah. My political views are very, are, are. centrist.

They're not far right. And

frankly, calling it far right, I think, is an insult

to history, an insult to many peoples, and it is an outrageous falsehood.

It's completely absurd. I literally have stated my position,

which is that, and I've been very clear about this,

which is that there need to be secure borders,

that if there's an influx of immigrants,

there need to be people who will agree.

with Western ideals, with Western values, and if they don't,

and if there's a long-term growth of people who do not,

or in some cases are adamantly opposed to Western values,

you are setting yourself up for civil war.

This is obvious. A child can see this.

But this is not a right-wing view.

I'm simply stating reality. Very straightforward.

He's saying whether it's the UK or the United States.

bringing in millions of people without any care at all

as to whether they, one, come legally, two,

have any affinity for our culture, our history, our language,

our people already here, is a slow-moving suicide.

And it couldn't be more obvious, but the elites of Western civilization,

for as long as you and I have been alive,

have been selling everybody down the river on this one.

They have betrayed Western civilization.

Elon sees it loud and clear.
