Poverty Rate and Employment Statistics

Number two, the poverty rate has just reached its

highest, best number. It's the best number that we've ever had.

So you would call it the lowest level in American history.

So think of that.

We have more people working than ever before.

The people in this room are making more money than they've ever

made before,

and poor people are losing less. They're in better

shape. Poor people,
