Student on Learning, Mother's Help and Exam Pressure

I have no talent, I can only study. When I was in first grade,

my grades were bad too, it was all red Xs, a whole page of red Xs.

My mom just kept teaching me,

every time I got home she would spend a few hours helping me study,

and then slowly I was finally able to keep up.

So your good grades have a lot to do with your mom. Yeah, you could say that.

Now mostly I rely on listening carefully in class,

and then every day I finish my homework on time and get all my tasks done.

Do you feel any pressure? Pressure? Of course there is pressure,

I definitely want to get into a good school.

Then I also realized I have many shortcomings.

I rarely come into contact with math contests, so my Olympiad math is really bad.

I also barely know the extended problems, and I’m bad at those too,

so right now I’m working hard to catch up.

I see other people being good at so many things,

and all those are areas I’ve never been exposed to and know nothing about.

For example, other people are great at programming, but I’m not.

They are good at sports, and I’m bad at sports. So the pressure just

slowly built up over time.

When I was little, I didn’t even have the concept of pressure.

Later, around fourth grade, about the elementary- to- middle school exam,

the high school entrance exam, the college entrance exam,

I started to form an idea of them,

and then the pressure slowly started to rise.
