Parenting and Personal Accountability Discussion
Being your big sister because I never had one. Your parents are your children.
Your parents are your children, all right?
And parents, 'cause I know you're listening,
yeah, yeah, don't... Treat your kids with respect.
Stop being weird to your kids and then thinking
that just because they're older and
because you gave them a little pat on the sho- "Oh, I'm sorry," you cut up a bowl
of fruit 'cause you couldn't say the words I'm sorry, 'cause you had too much
pride. Now they're supposed to sit there
and just kiss your ass and, and they owe
you something. They don't owe you shit. Nobody told you to lay down and fuck.
You did that yourself.
You did that yourself. Yeah. And when we talk about soul contracts
and we talk
about agreeing to come on this earth and everybody having their lessons and
different assignments and whatever, children
are karma.
If you do not learn your lesson... Confirmation. Thank you, spirit.
Thank you, thank you. Let me get a little win,
let me get a little win.
The trees are listening, they're literally...
Thank you, spirit. Like, I know you hear me.
Do you hear that? Like, bro.
Okay, so if you, for example, if you're a man and you mistreated women,
played with women's feelings,
used them, took advantage of them, did whatever you did because your mom hurt
you,
and now you have some type of resentment and weird shit towards women, I know for a
fact that when I talk to a man and he refers to women as bitches,
and bitch this,
and bitch that, and bitch p-piece of pussy,
you just a piece of pussy, blah, blah,
blah, I know your mom did a number on you. I know.
I know your mom did a number on you. The same way that women who have this,
"Oh, I
hate men, I hate men, I hate men," you hate your father.
You don't hate men, you hate your father,
okay? And that's why you keep attracting men
that act like your father.
You're not dating
because you like him, you're dating your trauma.
That's why he feels so comfortable. That's why,
that's why you feel so attached.
That's why, oh, this person feels like home.
Yeah, the same home that you were raised in when you
were getting manipulated, when
you were getting the bare minimum, when you were getting breadcrumbs,
when you were
getting, um, lied to, when you were getting led on, when you
were getting sold a
dream. That home? Oh, okay. Don't piss me off.
If you were a woman
where you did not love yourself, you put men above how you
felt, you put people's needs in front of your
own, you whatever, and you are
given a boy, that boy is coming into your life to teach you
unconditional love, to show you real unconditional love.
Not the perform- not the performative kind,
real unconditional love. Your son should show you
that you don't need to
earn love, you don't need to perform for love,
you don't need to do none of that
shit. All you have to do is receive it and give it.
If you give it, you'll receive it.
Nurture, you'll be nurtured. Why do you think boy moms
are so clingy with their
mothers?
Because w-women need men
and men need women. Simple as that.
You could sit here and be like, "Oh, I don't need... I don't need... I...
Uh..."
There's gonna come a point in your life where you're not gonna wanna be lonely
anymore, because being lonely is not natural.
Solitude, that's willingly. That's you really agreeing and being like,
"You know what? I wanna be by myself." That's perfectly
fine.
However, humans are made for connection.
The problem is the idea of attachment and codependency fucks you guys
up. That's, uh, uh, it fucks you up. It really does, it really does.
Because my whole thing is you are experiencing this person.
For as long as you're experiencing this person, you're going to be grateful for it
and you're gonna move the fuck on. When you stay too long, what happens?
You resent the person, you grow to hate the person, you, you,
all right? You leave and it's just like, ugh, you're done.
But that's because you stayed too long, so now you're mentally checked out,
and now
the view of the person that you had, the love, the appreciation, the grace,
whatever, it's gone. Why? Because you stayed too long.
So don't sit there and blame that on the other person and be like,
"Oh my God, I
hate him." No, you hate yourself for staying that long.
You hate him because he's a mirror to all the shit that you put up with.
You hate him because he's a mirror to all the boundaries that you never stood on.
You hate him because he's a mirror to all the times that you coulda chose yourself
but instead you chose how he felt.
Stop playing with me. I'm not here to bullshit with you.
Real shit.
As for back to the, okay, back to the whatever.
Why do you think that your parents
are so difficult to speak to sometimes?
Why do you think it's so difficult for them to understand what you
understand? We can blame it on generations.
It's stupid to blame it on generations.
All we have is present, day and night.
History continues to repeat themselves until the cycle is broken.
The cycle is currently being broken.
Remember what I said in the beginning of the video about how everything is moving
backwards? That's why men are being as feminine than they,
as they are,
because they're finally being open and expressive about things
that they've been
wanting to. They probably been wanting to wear nail
polish, they probably been
wanting to, you know, whatever. They probably been wanting to do that.
The same way they don't give a fuck about being called gay, sassy, whatever, is the
same way that women don't give a fuck about being called hoes
and bitches no more.
You call a bitch a hoe,
the biggest.
You call a bitch, uh, you call, y-you call a woman...
I'm sorry for saying bitch, you know?
I don't mean to be a hypocrite, it's just like, it's code switch,
you know?
I have a very hood side, and then I have a very like...
Sometimes I have to blend the two because that's just what the fuck it is.
Like, what? And then, yeah. Sometimes you call a, you call a bitch,
"Oh,
you a hoe." Oh, I just said that. Um, or, "You a young hoe," the youngest.
Or, "You a slut," the baddest. We don't give a fuck no more.
Nobody gives a fuck no more. Why? Because everybody's waking up to the, uh,
to
the, "Oh, we don't really have to give a fuck.
We can just do what works for us." This reality is fake.
Everybody is waking the fuck up. That's why everything
is happening the way that
it's happening. You could trace that back to the Bible. It's biblical.
But history repeats itself. So because of that,
you're gonna go through similar lessons and similar cycles that your parents went
through, yes. However, they're going to be shown to you
differently. Why?
Because of the era that we're in, you know, technology, whatever.
Not era as in calendar, 'cause
calendar is fake. People who know are people who know.
You only have day and night, you only have present.
When you think about the past, you're not in the past.
You cannot feel the past, you cannot smell the past,
you cannot touch the past, you
can't fuck the past. All you can do is think about the past,
therefore you're not there.
Physically. You're there spiritually and mentally, which is why
we work in cycles and loops. If you wake up and you repeat the exact
same
habits, you listen to the exact same songs,
you carry the exact same emotions,
frequency, right? You're frequently seeing the exact same
thing
over and over and over again, you're going to stay within that timeline.
So as you're sitting there and you're like, "Oh, well,
God's gonna save me.
Jesus is gonna save me. Just, I'm just waiting for the time to be
right," you
decide when the time is right, when you put your bullshit to the side,
when you put
your excuses to the side, and you submit to change.
Why are our parents as miserable as they are, and why do they project to
us all the time? Because they never submitted themselves to
change.
Every opportunity they had to change, they did not take it, right?
So now you as the daughter or the son, you're showing them what change looks
like. It looks like not having excuses.
It looks like being open to a new mindset and not a
traditional one because the traditional one, as I said in the other video, it was
never the right one to begin with.
But everybody's waking up to that.
So if your parent has only met them as deep as they've met themselves, and they
reach here, you can't expect them to understand
because they don't have the same consciousness and they don't have the
same awareness, and most importantly, they're not meant to.
You're meant to be the one to break the cycle.
So those visions that you have, stop going to them to validate them
because they're
not theirs
to complete. It's not their responsibility.
Your path to take is not gonna be the path that your mom understands, your cousin
understands, your uncle understands. It- they're not...
It's not meant, and that's okay.
What you can do is let the fuck go 'cause as I said, the past,
you're not living in it. You shouldn't be living in it.
If you're living in it, you're making a choice to still live in
it.
All right?
So when you are mirroring, because that is what children are, you are a mirror.
You are a mirror. When your son triggers you, your son
is showing you
lessons that you have not learned, that you're refusing to learn.
That's why you get so irritated. That's why you get so angry.
That's why you get so hateful. Because people like to mask their
fear and their pride with anger. I know for a fact that when I'm having a
conversation with my mother and I say something too truthful
and my words start
cutting like swords, I know she's about to sit there
and really crash the fuck
out because she's angry, not with me, but with the mirror that
I'm presenting her, um, with. I'm showing her, "Damn, I still gotta
work on this. I still gotta work on this." It's not
easy.
That shit, that shit is hurtful. I get it.
Children are mirrors. That's why I don't trust people who don't
like
children. I don't trust people who aren't good with
children.
If, uh, if somebody comes over and my little brother doesn't like
that person, I
promise you, that person is not coming over again because children
are
angels. Children are pure, pure
consciousness. Their, uh, their third eye is completely open.
You know what I mean? They can sense things that we cannot.
You ever realize when you treat a child with kindness,
respect,
gentleness, they will reciprocate that back to you, and
in that dynamic, now that you've, now that you've really given and, and poured
out from a, from a pure place, you'll receive that.
And same thing with the wo- same thing with the world.
It's the reason why it's a, it's a cycle. It's a loop, right?
What you put out, you get back 'cause it makes its way
around.
So I say that to say own your shit. Stop blaming your parents 'cause
grow the fuck up. Take accountability for every argument
that you sat there and fed
into. Take accountability for all the times
that you sat there and relied on their
validation instead of your own. All right?
And most importantly, don't expect them to do it because they
don't know how.
They're not supposed to. Those are your children.
Gentle parent them. You know how many times I've gentle
parented an argument with
my mom and my parent? And I'm like, "Hey, so use your words and pu-
um,
uh..." You have it backwards. Let's realign.
Let's, let's balance the imbalanced.
I just journaled. This was a download. And look, it matches with my nails.
