Updates on Vaccine Safety Task Force
When I sued, uh, Secretary Kennedy, uh, in his
official capacity, uh, Flores v. Kennedy, uh, I
forced HHS's hand to, uh,
reestablish the, uh, task force on safer
childhood vaccines. They established the task force, and I,
um, as promised, uh, withdrew the lawsuit. I got what I wanted.
They then had two years to report to,
I believe, to Congress, I believe is what, uh, the, the statute
says. President Trump just sped that up, and now
we are looking at 90 days, which falls somewhere in
November, I believe, that we finally get this
first report.
Just on Friday, uh, HHS announced that they
want public participation to, uh, assist the task
force in their assessment of vaccines.
Yeah, that is very exciting, so everybody needs to comment
on that now. It covers all of the vaccine safety
issues.
Uh, you can comment on that. Uh, you can comment
on the childhood schedule, the reduction, uh,
recommendations in the childhood schedule aligning to the
other similarly situated Western nations and their
proven schedules. Uh, and also, uh, and of
interest to many people in our audience, you could comment on
religious and medical exemptions and parental
rights, because that was also added into this executive
order as well, too, uh, where President Trump says there should be
maximal parental rights and involvement, uh, when it
comes to vaccination of children.
