The Benefits of Walking in Nature
When you touch a tree, billions of negative ions are
flowing into your body from the bottom of your feet and through your
hands. And you feel the bark on your
hands, it's rough, and you think you're touching the tree,
but the energy that is flowing into your body doesn't come
from physical
contact. We're talking about frequencies.
Our whole body is made up of frequencies.
The actual impact that your body
receives are the frequencies through your
feet and through the hands here. But it's nice to feel
the rough bark 'cause it's tactile, and this whole
tree, these all shrubs give off frequencies.
And that's why when you take a walk in the forest, you feel
better because you're breathing the wonderful things that
trees and shrubs give off that the body takes
in. Any walk in the forest makes you feel
better.
