Understanding DMSO and Its Uses
Welcome to my DMSO, dimethyl sulfoxide, myth busting
series. I'm noticing DMSO trending again,
and the people who are talking about it, which is great
because we really need to know about dimethyl sulfoxide,
that it exists because it's a suppressed remedy,
but they're not really giving the answers.
I'm seeing a lot of questions in the comments and a lot of false
information, and as a DMSO expert and formulator
and bestselling author of Healing with DMSO,
I'm gonna help you with that, okay?
The first of the series, I'm gonna talk about internal
dosing because that was a question that I saw the most,
and the question was, you know, can you take it internally?
And so many comments were like, "No!" And it's very
alarming the way that people are responding to that like
it's, like it's so toxic or scary or whatever.
It's so puzzling to me because as a holistic practitioner for
over 20 years,
I have seen my fair share of people being
afraid of holistic and natural remedies
when it's inverted. They really should be afraid of the
big pharma and what they do to the body, and I have tons of articles on
my Substack. I have loads of information on
Yummy.Doctor, that's my teaching
platform and my membership platform,
to dispel a lot of this stuff and help you
navigate holistic remedies and holistic health, how to
integrate that into your lifestyle, how to build your home dispensary, okay?
We all need this now because... I can't say too much because I'm
very, very shadowbanned. And if you share
this, I would really appreciate it to get
through the blockade
of the Rockefeller system. And I'll do a disclaimer
because, hey, we gotta do that these days.
This isn't medical advice, and if you do want expert
support, I highly recommend my book because it
is a guide, and it
will tell you and direct you and give you all the safety and protocols
that you will need to get started, okay?
In saying that, internal dosing, absolutely you can take it
internally. Not only can you take it internally,
you can use it in an
IV, you can use it intramuscularly, so you can have it
injected IV, you can have it injected IM, but that's done
with professionals, okay? But that's how safe it is, my
point.
It's basically like anything new, you just have to have some guidelines and
understanding what you're dealing with and its properties,
then you are free to use it for all sorts of
situations. Internal dosing, you have to start slow.
The rules around it are... Well, the fact that, first of all, it's
transdermal. Even internally, it's transdermal.
Once you ingest or put it topically on your body, it is
within your entire body in a few minutes.
It will get into the blood, it will be everywhere,
and it'll be start to work
for you. So the idea that you can't take it internally
is kind of a joke because as soon as you put it on your skin, it's internal.
Drinking it needs proper dilution.
In fact, using it, most applications have to be
properly diluted. There are applications where you can use
it ninety-nine point nine nine five pharmaceutical
purified grade. You can use it in those instances.
Those are usually for emergency instances.
I've had cases like that where I just had to use it straight
to get them out of
severe pain, for example. The internal dose that you start with
is a quarter
teaspoon in five ounces of water or juice, and the juice that you
use matters. I'll talk about that in a second.
You work up to one teaspoon a day. That's your normal
general therapeutic dose, and if you are treating something
very severe, then you can do that up to three times a day.
It will give you a garlic-like odor or breath.
That's like its worst side effect is the smell as it
degrades to dimethyl sulfide, and
the problem with that is that people don't like the odor.
And in my book I have suggestions how to deal with that.
But one of the main things is the juice that you choose best is
one that has high polyphenols like pomegranate juice.
Because pomegranate juice has a lot of these polyphenols, it will
denature some of the sulfides that are being
metabolized, so you don't, you know, turn off your friends and family.
You still might.
There are different ways to mitigate that. I'll do that in a separate video.
Main things to notice or, or to sort of prepare for: one, it
will detoxify you. And I always suggest that people magnesium
load before they start any detoxification program because
that will assist your liver to process the waste quicker,
therefore they won't circulate as much, and you won't feel, you know,
like crap. DMSO is a mild chelator, and it
will bind to metals and toxins and things and
remove them from the body. So you just wanna be aware that you're
not just taking something because you have pain or, you know, for skin care or
beauty care or whatever you think you're using it for.
It actually is detoxifying you, and you do have to prepare a little
bit for that, especially if you're new to it.
If you've never detoxed before, then always start slow, and I would
say all remedies you should start slow and work up anyway
because it's unpredictable. You're an individual with a whole health
history. That's a caveat for across the board.
If you are on any pharmaceutical medications, even some supplements,
it will upregulate the utilization of those substances,
often in the sense that it will use them through, or it will
help greater delivery of the drug to the end target
tissue. So that means if you're taking medications or drugs,
again,
you have to start very, very slowly, and as I advise on
Yummy.Doctor, you shouldn't be on that shit anyway.
I love pharma drugs. They're the best.
So...
The idea is you bring in the remedy that actually heals you and
remove things in your life that are poisonous and are suppressive.
I get more into that in my DMSO series that I've done on
Yummy.Doctor and in my twelve principles of health where
I teach you how to doctor yourself, which I'm on principle two as far as
presentation goes, and you can get free webinars of one and
two and kinda get the gist of what I'm talking about.
So that you can begin internal use, proper dilution.
The only juices to avoid really are grapefruit juice or
any high enzymatic juice like papaya.
It will start to break down the DMSO right away, and
it's just too interactive with DMSO.
Orange juice is fine, water is fine, any other juice.
I tend to use either orange juice or pomegranate juice
when I take it internally.
I like to dose internally, especially if there are
any... Is there anything going on in the mouth,
in the throat, anything where it's
gonna be touching first, so intestines, stomach.
Because when you ingest it, that's where it goes first and immediately
upon touching your mouth, touching, going down your throat,
et cetera, it's gonna be absorbing through those
areas first and, and
using its medicine in those areas first.
The other caveat for internal use is if you have metal dental
implants or you have had, like, any type of mercury
amalgam or anything like that because, again, it is a mild
chelator, and it will start to mobilize some of
those metals.
And this is in theory. I have seen some mad hatter
syndromes with heavy use of DMSO when they have had a lot of
amalgam use and a lot of the mercury will leach into the brain, and then it starts
to move it, and then the commitment must be.
So if you start DMSO and you begin to mobilize, mobilizing
things, you have to continue until the
mobilization is
released. Otherwise, you can get syndromes where things get
stuck,
so they're moving and then they get resituated into tissue,
and you get a new
host of symptoms. Not dangerous, won't kill you.
The DMSO has never killed anybody, okay?
It is one of the safest things you could ever use.
So there's all this nonsense out there about safety and whatever.
It's just smart use and understanding how you use it, okay?
Then the sky's the limit on your application, your
interactions with other things like the way you blend.
I have made
hundreds of different blends. DMSO.store is my
business for all my DMSO blends, the purest and cleanest
DMSO on the Earth. I do ship to the United States even though
there's
tariffs, but we've gotten through that already and everywhere else
in the world. So follow me for more, and I'll continue teaching about it
and put
your questions in the comments.
