इस case में Family Court ने wife की interim maintenance 25,000 से

बढ़ाकर 30,000 per month कर दी थी। Husband ने Delhi High Court में

appeal file की और अपने side के facts बताए। Husband ने बताया

कि दोनों बच्चे husband के साथ रह रहे थे। उनकी education, financial

expenses सब वो ही bear कर रहा था and court को बताया कि

wife MBA Finance qualified थी। उसको around 10,000 monthly

income along with 4000 FD भी मिल रही थी। इसके

साथ साथ wife husband के खरीदे हुए 3BHK flat में भी रह रही

थी और इसी बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए Delhi Court ने कहा कि

Family Court ने maintenance decide करते हुए सिर्फ husband की income पर focus किया

है और बाकी relevant factors को totally ignore किया है। Court ने wife

की maintenance दोबारा 30,000 से reduce करके 25,000 per month
