Small Boats Crisis and National Security
The issue of the small boats is not gonna go away.
Have a look at this week, over one thousand two hundred
and fifty have arrived.
Just today, yet another death on one of the boats.
And yeah, two beach landings this week.
In broad daylight, dinghies making it all the way across the
English Channel,
and it's thought up to 10 young men literally on the
run somewhere in Kent. And what does the Prime Minister say?
We've lowered the numbers. Well, I'm sorry,
but if I'd said to you 10 years ago
that over 1,000 people would come in three days, you simply wouldn't have believed
me. But I'm back to what I've said before.
We know that the Iranian regime is using the Channel as a
means of getting their operatives into the United
Kingdom. This isn't just costing a fortune.
This isn't just threatening the safety of women and girls.
This is a national security crisis, and the
government ought to declare an emergency.
But will they? I reckon they'll do absolutely nothing.
