Anger Management Breathing Techniques
If you struggle with a lot of anger though,
there's a point right here underneath your skull.
When you press it in with your thumb,
right underneath the skull, press in,
lift your head gently upwards and then all you do,
you breathe in through the nose,
out through the nose. Okay, so breathe in, lift,
exhale, lift a little bit more,
breathe in,
exhale, inhale,
exhale.
Just repeat after me, say thank you God for helping release
all the anger that I hold against myself and my body.
It's no longer mine to carry,
I'm letting it go now.
Breathe in,
exhale through the mouth,
there you go, two more,
inhale, and one more.
Release your hands,
move your head around and see how that feels.
Do this whenever anger rises,
it brings you back into the present moment.
