Discussion on Muslim and Christian Relations in Israel

What you have been told is a lie.

What you have been told about Muslims is a lie.

When Israeli soldiers desecrate the Virgin Mary's name, we are

abhorred. It hurts us. That's Muslims.

We believe in the Virgin Mary. We believe in Jesus as a revered prophet,

Sayid Isa. We even name our kids Isa, Jesus.

That's how much he is revered. One of the most beautiful stories is the

Church of Holy Sepulcher in Bethlehem or Bethlehem.

Because there are different Christian denominations that hold that place dear to

them, you have, like, the Armenian Orthodox,

you have the Catholic, you have the

Ethiopian Orthodox, you have the Greek, 'cause they wanted to avoid any kind of

favoritism between the different denominations, for 1,000 years,

This is supremacy. This is about a whole culture of extremism,

culture who just passed the death penalty for only

Palestinians. That includes Palestinian Christians,

by the way.

That's not just Palestinian Muslims.

There is no such thing as Judeo-Christian values in Israel.

The last Christian majority village is in the West Bank in a town

called Taybeh, where the Church of St.

George is, a fifth-century ruin. Imagine how long...

And they are harassed daily, violated daily, pogroms,

burnings. What the settlers are trying to do is get them off

that land.

They're literally choking them. They're surrounding them.

Did you know that in some schools in Israel, especially religious schools, they

can't even use the plus sign, literally plus, like one

plus one is two, because it's the sign of the crucifix,

and these

extremists, they literally replace it instead with

this weird

upside-down T. I'm not kidding. This is real.

This is the Israel that you are supporting. Please wake up.

Israel is not your friend. Christians used to make up a little over

10% of the population in Palestine before the Zionist

colony was created in 1948, and in fact, all three

religions lived in harmony. Even my Teta, my grandma, would tell me about it.

She was born and raised in Jerusalem. They would celebrate Christian holidays.

They would go to their Jewish neighbor's house and babysit their kids.

It wasn't just a tolerance or a coexistence, like, we were all like

family.
