Russia-Turkey Cooperation and Russia-Ukraine-US Dialogue
And I think Russian-Turkish cooperation is a great example, uh,
of cooperation which can lead to prosperity and
economic growth of both nations, and not only in terms of,
you know, nuclear plants and TurkStream, uh, but also, for example,
tourism, because Russian tourists are really an important factor
of economic, uh, livelihood of, uh, Turkey.
And I think what's very important about this success, uh, of
our cooperation is the concept of sovereignty.
So both President Putin and President Erdogan, uh, are very
successful because they believe in sovereignty.
And if you think about this concept of sovereignty, it actually unites also
President Trump, President Xi, Prime Minister Modi, uh,
and other great leaders. And in reality, we have this divide between sort of
sovereignty and cooperation versus what we believe is a failed,
uh, policy of globalism. So I think what's very important about
discussions, uh, yesterday in general with the US is
that we have a good
dialogue.
Uh, and I think dialogue in this forum, dialogue and discussions yesterday,
uh, dialogue is very important because the
failure to have dialogue,
uh, which was really encouraged by Biden
administration, created a
very dangerous situation
where top nuclear powers don't communicate, where the risk of
mistake is too high, um, and I think dialogue is, uh,
incredibly important. Uh, and yesterday there was a very important
decision to continue dialogue through trilateral
discussions between Russia, Ukraine, and the United States,
uh, and Mr. Ushakov was very clear on this.
So I think that's a very positive development.
Uh, Russia, Ukraine, and US are resuming, uh, the, uh,
dialogue and the sort of, um, you know, diplomatic track.
