Parasite Cleanse Process Overview

Today is day one of our parasite cleanse.

This is our second round. I did a round six

months ago, and if you weren't here for that one,

then let me update you,

because it cured my psoriasis and I pooped a lot of worms out.

I'm just gonna take my dose, and then I'll come back later today to

give you guys all the details. And we're gonna set it at our weight.

This is 250. I weigh 150, so we're gonna go

two over,

and then we're just going to push it onto our finger.

And take it like a pill with some water.

I am on an empty stomach,

and I won't be eating for another two hours.

So at the two-hour mark, I will be taking this binder that I

also got on Amazon.

Uh, and that's pretty much the gist of it.

I would suggest dieting as much as you can.

Cut out sugars and cut out any processed foods.

But other than that, we're good to go.
