Understanding Body Literacy and Health
How many days on the good old Ivor should your horse be
taking and how many days off should you have so that your
body can bind and recover?
You're gonna wanna save this video because when these symptoms come back up, you're
gonna know where to find me. Hi, my name is Miranda, your salty nutritional
therapist. I make confusing symptoms make sense,
and no,
this is not medical advice. This is how you learn
body literacy. Let's go. The number of days to
be on the Ivor and off the Ivor
is not universal,
because everybody has a different nervous system, everybody has a different
mineral status, everybody has different
stressors in their life.
When we do the unaliving phase, that is
going to be a bit stressful on the body in
that there are more tasks for the body to do.
So the unaliving phase, when you are
taking the Ivor, that's called the unaliving phase, you
are going to do it between three to seven days.
However, your job is to listen to the
symptoms of your body. The symptoms of your body is
the compass you need to know when to stop and when to start the
binding process.
If you're on day one or day two and you're either
feeling headache, brain fog,
bloating, constipation, uh,
not sleeping as deeply,
that's your sign. That's your sign to stop and start
the binding process.
When you are picking up symptoms or
even if you are not having any symptoms, just
stop at seven. That means that your body is doing well on
it and you want to keep the process as
gentle to the system as possible. But when symptoms start kicking
in before that seven-day mark,
stop. Just really listen to yourself.
The number of days that you are off of the Ivor
depends upon how you
detoxify and rebuild and nourish your body
to do the cycle again if needs be. If I were to give you
a gentle bracket, it would be anywhere for
y- the binding phase to be about five to ten
days, and
the restore phase can be anywhere between one and two weeks.
Listen to your body, and I am here to give you the
symptoms to be able to do that so that you can take a hold
of your health and have faith and trust in
your system. And as always, if that video helped, make sure
you like and follow for more body literacy advice.
Au revoir.
