How Nasal Irrigation Helps Relieve Sinusitis
This is what a nasal rinse does in your nose to relieve sinusitis.
The real problem with this condition is not the infection,
but the thick mucus that gets trapped in your sinuses because of the inflammation.
That buildup blocks natural drainage and is what causes that unbearable pressure in your face.
When you use the solution, the liquid gently enters through your passages.
Its job is to sweep away and loosen all that trapped mucus, clearing your airways.
When you manage to really clean this area, you feel less pressure in your face,
the function of your sinuses improves and any medication you use will work much better.
