Becoming the Best Version of Yourself
How to become the best version of yourself.
Isn't that a question that we have all asked ourselves before?
Because I know that there is no clear path, there's no
step-by-step instruction, because everyone is different.
Everyone's journey is different.
They start from somewhere else, they're in different industries,
they go to a
different school. It doesn't matter.
But the one thing that I have come to realize that has
helped me kind of just push further and just continue
to stay motivated without burning out, is putting yourself in rooms
where you are not the best. For the past year and a
half, I wouldn't say I was the best in my group as
far as trading or deving or just
anything as far as meme points. I wouldn't say I'm the best of the best,
but I was
good. Um, as far as the group, I did feel like I was, you know, a little
higher on the ladder. I don't think I was the best.
But recently, I actually went to some in-person
events with FOMO, and all the people around me were
just absolute dogs, bro. Like, founders, people that are worth
multi eight figures. We have people that are building things that are
beyond my own comprehension. I, I couldn't even fathom making something
like
what these guys are doing. Business owners, um, people
beyond the scope of what I think I could do currently right now.
And I'm saying that because I believe that I'm going to
continue to learn and develop actual skills,
and that's what I'm trying to focus
on. But none of this motivation or anything like that came when
I was just trading and just focusing on trading, trading,
trading.
The scope for my actual life and career has opened up a lot
recently, meeting all these new people and putting myself in
a room where I am nowhere near the best.
It's not good to be in these rooms where you're the best or just close to the
best 'cause people aren't gonna push you.
And so for those of you guys who are struggling or feel burnt out or kind
of just, like, stuck as far as progress,
I think you guys need to put yourselves around people that are gonna push you
further and further. And so shout out to, you know, my group that I
trade with. You guys are the best. I love you guys,
and I'm going to continue to
trade with you guys. When I say put yourself in different
rooms,
I don't mean leave a group and then go to another group.
Take what you can from your network, the people that you
meet. Motivate the people around you, your old
group. Keep pushing them to be better, because at the end of the
day, bro, like, connections is everything you have.
You don't wanna burn bridges.
That also doesn't mean that you shouldn't expand your network.
You should continue to meet new people.
Find people that are better than you so you can further sharpen your sword.
So if you wanna become the best version of yourself, you need to surround yourself
with people that are simply better than you
