Sahrawi Solidarity Summit Announcement
In January 2027, we gather for the Sahrawi Solidarity
Summit in the Sahrawi refugee camps.
Western Sahara has been under Moroccan occupation for fifty years, and the
Sahrawi people live in exile in the refugee camps in Algeria.
We gather to stand in solidarity with our Sahrawi sisters and brothers
and to show the world that they are not forgotten and that our freedom
is incomplete without the freedom of the Sahrawi people.
Morocco has built the longest active military wall in the world to divide
Western
Sahara and to cement its occupation.
It stretches over two thousand seven hundred kilometers long, the same distance
from Sweden to Spain.
In twenty twenty, Morocco normalized relations with Israel,
de facto creating a mutual recognition of occupation.
Morocco recognizing Israel's occupation for Palestine, in exchange,
Israel recognizing Morocco's occupation of Western Sahara.
Since that time, weapons, drones, and spyware have
poured into Morocco and have been reported to have been used
against the
Sahrawi people.
Israel and Donald Trump stand with the Moroccan occupation.
We stand with the Sahrawi people.
Join us in the Sahrawi refugee camps in January
2027.
