Nayanthara in Lakshmi: Her Look, Career and English Dubbing

In the movie Lakshmi, Nayanthara — and in my film Nayanthara — her face and physique were completely done. So what's the difference now? What will they do?

I mean like that: she appeared in many magazines and rose to prominence; whether it was sharing or subscribing, she didn't care about that kind of attention.

Her career took that turn; Avyaya Chandru was the main factor, or so I heard.
