Investigation into Congresswoman Ilhan Omar

Speaking of the election, breaking tonight,

Fox News has learned that authorities

are in possession of DNA of Minnesota Congresswoman

Ilhan Omar. It's unclear how authorities obtained

that DNA.

We're also told investigators have her personal passport.

Authorities tell Fox they believe Omar is still in the US.

The Justice and Homeland Security Departments declined to comment,

citing the

ongoing probe. Congresswoman Omar has not been charged

with any

crime as of yet, but we have been covering this

investigation as it's

unfolded.
