to humiliate you, insult you, and increase their seizure of your lands and possessions

and the shedding of your blood. This is my opinion on the matter. I mean preparation—preparing

equipment before anything. The weapon that the Muslim lacks now is the weapon

of creed. The creed of tawhid. This is the greatest weapon. It is what God

qualifies whoever carries it with for victory: the weapon of faith and creed. This is the foundation. And then

secondarily, the next basic weapon is the financial weapon. Prepare them; once you have these,

the enemy will be intimidated. It is my duty—when I can—to call them to Islam. That is, to say

“There is no god but God, and Muhammad is the Messenger of God.” And do not struggle only in Palestine;

do not limit your struggle to one place.
