I'd like to propose that Los Angeles consider a pilot program

for free

hygienic sexual relief clinics, primarily serving the homeless and

unhoused.

This means equality, it means private sexual relief through

proposing a billionaire tax because here in California they don't tax

Polymarket. So this is just some of the craziness here inside

California.

They literally want to have, and are proposing to have, government-funded

sex locations for the homeless so they can get off and, uh, bust a nut and have a
