Okay. No, I, I actually… I actually never prepare before going onstage at BBW, so our colleagues get a real headache and ask me every time, “Should we prepare a PPT?”

I say, “No need.” Then they ask, “What are you going to talk about?”

I say, “I'll figure it out right before I go onstage.”

Usually, before going onstage, I think about what topics people have been concerned about lately, and if I were an ordinary user, what would I care about most?

I try to put myself in their shoes. When I see so much AI and so many hacking incidents, I might first lack confidence in the industry, and second, lack confidence in the other side, and third, because we're human, we all constantly get distracted by information from outside,

no matter how much you know. People are products of their environment, so there are all kinds of rumors and gossip.

So sometimes, even though explaining it can seem a lot like trying to prove yourself, you're actually falling into a self- justification trap, I still think it's worth taking the time to explain things to people who are worth it.
