Discussion on Streaming Project Failures
Oh, bro, I think pump fun was probably the biggest fumble of all time. I mean, it was
great when it started and what it was doing. But dude, they could have been one of the
best projects like of all time.
Yeah, I mean, they had everybody's attention still do have everybody's attention.
I know, I know.
Come come back. We were just talking about it. I think so. I think I think what they
tried to do around streaming was interesting. I think it was very difficult thing to break
into. But I think that was like a big swing that they took and they missed. But they're
definitely thinking long term. I don't think they're.
Listen as somebody who as somebody as somebody from like media and who thinks about things
in terms of like attention and stuff, I will say, I feel like the culture over there and
how they build their product and think about their product, just like the streaming and
obviously like the fucking, you know, deploying meme coins and making that very, very easy
one press, whatever, and then whatever they just did with the bag work shit, not bag work
shit, but like, what is the new feature they have?
Bounties, the bounties, bounty work is what I was what I was thinking about. But I don't
kind of just adding this like social layer, social element to like trading, I think, is
a is really, really smart. And there's definitely a market for it. I don't know. Two hundred
and forty mil. They they owe the trenches.
They owe the trenches, bro. Big time. Think about they've made a billion dollars in fees.
Then they raise another billion dollars in the IPO. They're sitting on two billion, bro.
They haven't given anything back to people. And they rake in fees still to this day, like
they're making a fuck ton still.
