Father Brent Bowman's Mass Experience

Yesterday, Father Brent Bowman had a special

experience of that at

Mass as he was overcome during the words of consecration, uh, for the

chalice. I spoke with him this morning, um, to ask him

about his experience,

and he said that he had just had this word of kind of this, this gift

of, uh, an experiential knowledge of knowing,

uh, on, on a deeper level that truly Christ's

blood was shed for us and that its weight is,

um, profound. And it was so much that he even had, uh,

difficulty or found it impossible to lift up the chalice for a time

and was overcome as those of you who were there yesterday, uh,

witnessed.
