Generali israeliani, soldati israeliani,
giudici israeliani. Si tratta di una
mobilitazione dell'intero sistema. Ci sono state voci dissenzienti,

It is not tempting at all to give up Netanyahu to international justice because the Israeli system is very aware of something that we should all be aware of, that this is not the actions of one man. This is the actions of a
system. This is the actions of an entire political class. This is the actions of the military. This is the actions of the state. Netanyahu did not on his own go out and commit a genocide for the last three years. Netanyahu on his own did not maintain an
illegal occupation for decades, did not maintain a siege and blockade of Gaza, did not maintain the dispossession and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians in the West
Bank. This was a state system-wide operation. Eisenkot was part of it. He was in the military. He was in the cabinet, Eisenkot. He was part of the cabinet during part of this genocide after October 7th when he was a member of emergency unity security
cabinet. Israeli generals, Israeli soldiers, Israeli judges. This is a system-wide mobilization. There were dissenting voices, but they have been quite marginal. So if you give Netanyahu up to international justice, then you are
accepting international law, which Israel rejects. You are accepting the international justice system, which Israel rejects. And you are accepting that not just Netanyahu, but an entire system here is guilty, is culpable for war crimes. So they're not going down that path.
