How should we shape our long-term relations with Ukraine?

All the time. Until they become a member of the European Union.

And they will. Because they must. Should we continue to treat them positively, or should we keep these recent incidents in mind?

These are ridiculous, media-hyped matters.

The point is to constantly support a country that is fighting a giant battle for survival against our enemy.

If we read history, we will see that this country has never been lucky enough to decide anything on its own.

First, the Poles destroyed it. That is the truth.

The Poles destroyed Ukraine? Of course, absolutely.

And Volhynia? Sir, Volhynia is an incident in response to nearly 300 Orthodox churches destroyed in the Second Polish Republic.

Please educate yourself on history. These facts exist.

And do you think that naming a military unit in honor of the UPA is the right move by the Ukrainian president?

It's not the right move, but unfortunately…

If he aims to unite societies—part of Ukrainian society, just like the Polish one, are nationalists.

Therefore, he aims to have them support his policy as well. He made a mistake, that is indisputable.

But what will be the consequence of this?

For us or for them? For them, and consequently for us, because if we have a society going in that direction and the president supports it too, won't it backfire on us later?

It's a shame that the president is a doctor of humanities, given the attitude he displays.

It's a shame, because in politics you can't give with one hand and take away with the other.

No matter what, whether titles or medals.

It's simply ridiculous.
