Origins and Teachings of the Khawarij
Where did the Khawarij come from?
They're very, very clearly spoken of in
Hadith, the Khawarij.
You know, the Prophet, uh, is told, "Bless the Yemen," and he blesses
the Yemen. And he's told, "Bless Syria," Bilad al-Sham,
and he blesses it. Bilad al-Sh-Sham are blessed lands.
And then the Najdi tells him, "Bless Najd," and he
doesn't say anything. What is Najd?
Najd is the plateau of Central Arabia.
It is really tough land, the plateau of Central
Arabia, and the capital of it is Yamamah,
which is where
Riyadh is today.
Okay?
That's the fact. That's the truth.
And the Najdi says, "Bless Najd," and the Prophet doesn't say anything.
And then the Najdi says, "Bless Najd," and the Prophet doesn't say anything.
And then he says a third time, "Bless Najd." The Prophet doesn't say
anything.
He doesn't like to say no, SallAllahu 'Alaihi Wasallam, but he said,
"If it were
not for two signs that appear there," which are what?
Because that's in the east from Medina.
So the two signs are the full moon
that you'll see tonight or tomorrow night.
As soon as the sun sets, the full moon will be on the
horizon, and it will be on the horizon.
It'll be in the sky all night long, a gift from Allah, the beautiful
full moon. Okay, so if it were not for the full moon
that appears there and the
sun, it wouldn't even look in that direction.
That is where the horn of Satan will appear, or the two horns
of Satan.
And that's also the generation of Satan, or the two generations
of Satan. They say, some scholars say the two generations of
Satan are the Khawarij that came out in the time of the
Prophet, and then the Khawarij that come at the end of time.
Okay, because there, there are two, there are two different types of Khawarij,
the
early ones and the late ones.
And they are the worst of all creation.
The Prophet referred to them as sharr al-khalqi wal-khaliqa.
And he also said the destruction of this religion will be in Yamamah,
that out of Riyadh will come the destruction of this religion.
And where does the Wahhabi teaching come from, by the way? Right there.
That's where it comes out of, yeah.
I mean, so, uh, the Prophet warned us about that.
