and their money, and their being terrorized and frightened — on whose heads? They act, as you see,

like the behavior of students in university housing and in colleges when organizing demonstrations.

This is not child's play; it is an organized state with firm foundations and lofty rules; its movements

are calculated and its reactions are accounted for. As for the children's mischief, the children have not yet

reached maturity, and the pen has been lifted from them.
