that go missing every year.

Uh, some of it can be easily explained, but a lot of it can't be.

year. Where are they all going?

I'll, and I'll rephrase a little bit.

Could humans or access to humans

have been exchanged for technology?

What did you give for access to that

technology, for those patents and the stuff that you're trying to

figure out? It just f- it just felt like too much in too

small amount of time from one person. Your thoughts?

what humans, uh, how

the aliens, um,

harmed humans or manipulated humans.

Uh, every time a, a human is abducted by

an ET, they're manipulated, and they're, uh,

uh, because the ETs want something out of

them, whether it's a woman, they want

their, her eggs or, or whatever. Uh,

a- a- and, and that's been going on for years.

It's b- probably been going on before '47, but we know

... '50s and the first abduction, uh,

the Be- Barney and Betty Hill, uh, and, and it's carried on

from there. So, and there's a- all sorts of other aspects that,

uh, the, uh, uh, animal abductions.

Uh, you know, what, what are they doing?

And, and, and the bodies, uh, there's an incident that happened, which I

talk about briefly, on Kirtland Air Force Base,

where they found

these 25 bodies in this very remote location,

and they're, they're, they didn't have any bu-

they didn't have any, uh, clothes

on. They'd been there for a long time, no body fluids in them.

Nothing. No blood, no body fluids at all.

Have you been exposed, or did you come across in, in your

career, in your network, um, the, the

false INW or, or the deceptive indication

and warnings projects

related to this?

And what did you find out about those?

that's pretty cla- that's pretty hush.

That's, I, I don't think I should talk about that.

I mean, that's where I, when I briefed the head of the Defense

Intelligence Agency,

that was the main subject.

That is, um,

yeah, that's very, uh, sensitive. Yeah, it's very sensitive.

You got these, uh, sort of anti-gravity devices with

creatures that look like ETs that are actually man-made robotic

systems. They're called programmed life forms,

and you start doing

interfaces with the public.

We did do that, yes. Uh, OSI did that.

There was a special group,

uh, out of, uh, the 76-02nd Air Intel Wing at Fort

Belve-vre that came out and did that.

They, uh, had these, uh,

people that had maybe some sort of defects,

uh, anatomical defects that were, uh,

brought, brought in to, to, to fool people into thinking they're

aliens.

Yeah. Um, I can't give you any specifics because

it's still, the program is still classified, and they're,

they're probably still

doing it. I wouldn't doubt, doubt it they were still doing it.

These civilians got onto the base and, and got into something.

They saw something they weren't supposed to see, and this group came out and

went into their home and

scared the Dickens out of them and-

Staged an alien event.

We're talking with Bob Ward, who witnessed a UFO near Dugway Proving

Ground in 2004.

I observed two horses. Their heads were decapitated.

I got some photos that I took of those mutilated horses.

The horses were about 10 to 11 feet apart, laying

the same identical way.

As if they were placed there.

Laying in this... Exactly. Exactly.

Their heads had almost, like, laser precision cuts along their jawbones

where

the, the hide had been removed, and I found no traces of blood off either

animal.
