Student Protests and Government Response

सर सच कहूं तो बहुत ताज्जुब की बात है। यहां पर छात्र बिल्कुल

शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से protest करना चाह रहे हैं। जो विपक्ष है वह शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से

protest करना चाह रहे हैं। लेकिन उसके बावजूद उनकी आवाज को यूं इस तरह

दबा दिया गया है उनको प्रदर्शन करने का मौका ही नहीं मिला है। जंतर मंतर

पूरी तरह से seal कर दिया गया है। आंसू गैस की गाड़ी आप यहां पर देख सकते हैं। water

cannon की गाड़ी आप यहां पर देख सकते हैं। कितनी डराने वाली बात है कि यह किस

पर आगे पड़ेगी। यह मतलब हमारे India में हो रहा है। यह सच में

ताज्जुब की बात। सरकार के खिलाफ अगर आप बोलना चाह रहे हो तो उसे बताने का

मौका नहीं मिल पा रहा है। और क्यों? ज्ञानेश कुमार के इस्तीफे के लिए क्यों?

सरकार उन्हें इस तरह के से protect कर रही है यह हमें समझ नहीं आ रहा है।

हैं। वहां पर चेतावनी करके एक poster लगा रखा है कि आप BNS

का 163 का उल्लंघन करेंगे तो आपके ऊपर बल का प्रयोग किया जाएगा,

आपको detain कर लिया जाएगा। तो यह क्या

state क्या दशा बन गई हमारे देश की कि

अगर peaceful protest आज गांधी जयंती है।

गांधी जी ने जो हमें non violence का

वह दिया है, इस देश को दिया है, पूरी दुनिया को दिया है। non

violent protest कर रहे हैं, अपने rights की demand कर रहे हैं। SIR जो

कि एक

unconstitutional process carry out हो रहा है हमारी country में।

उसके लिए

I don't think कोई wrong reasons के लिए present है। वह कुछ

आतंकवादी वगैरह ऐसी terrorist activities में कुछ ऐसा इन्होंने speaker लगा रखा

है। This is not a terrorist activity। आप किसी को भी dissenter

बोलकर उस पर UAPA या NSA लगाकर detain कर लेते हो।

यह तो नहीं I don't think so this is what गांधी जी fought for और

any of the other freedom fighters fought for and like अगर

यही चीज आज से 100 साल पहले हो रही होती तो वही गांधी

जी, वही freedom fighters इसी Indian state के

against लड़ रहे

होते।

I am a student. I have come to

participate in the protest but they are not letting us in

and I think it's

are they even constitutionally allowed to do this like I think

it's our right to protest and they are not letting us in and they are

detaining people.
