Discussing Relationships and Trust
Imagine sitting down to lunch with your friends, and then they start talking about
your man like this
We have to have lost the plot as a society because tell me why I was at lunch with
a couple of my girlfriends, and my husband, who has my
location, figured out where I was at, and he went ahead and paid for our whole
entire tab, right? Our whole tab. And they-
Now, good for him for paying for their whole
entire tab, and good for them for
having that, you know, their locations and where they know each other are
... were all confused as to how my husband
knew where
we were at, and I was like, "Well, he has my location.
Sometimes he just pops in and, like, you know, he'll do sweet things.
Like, he uses it for good, not evil, Linda." But for some reason they had a
problem with it, that it, that it was controlling, and tried to have, like,
some
little heart-to-heart about how I don't have to make his lunches and, like, you
know, I'm being forced to do these things. Who are you talking to right now?
Who are you talking to right now? I have not pumped my own gas in 13 years.
I'm not even sure what it costs to put gas in this thing, but, like, who are you
talking to?
It's almost as if we enjoy making each other's lives easier, but what is it
about some people that are so upset that you have a happy marriage?
Like, I'm so sorry that, that my husband paid for your beef tacos,
you know what
I'm saying? Like, so sorry that margarita you just had was on him,
but you're mad because that's controlling.
Your husband should never have your location. What do you have to hide, Linda?
What do you have to hide? I don't have anything to hide from my man.
I actually want him to have my location.
Please know where I'm at at all times for safety or if you wanna pay for my sushi.
That's on... That's, that's fine with me. That's fine. Guess what, I have his too.
I know exactly where he's at. I know exactly what he's doing.
I know exactly when he's gonna be home from work so that I can make sure, you
know, I've got his, uh, beef wellington in the oven, a
pie set out to cool and set just long enough for him to eat
dinner.
Two spicy cubes in my system and only an apron on the system,
'cause I'm ready to
have a good time too, 'cause I actually married someone
that I like.
What is wrong with you people?
Now, like, yeah, why would you not want your significant
other knowing your
location? Like, what are you hiding?
And what it is, is that they seem miserable.
They're probably either single or they're in a miserable
relationship, and they want you to be just as miserable
as, as them.
And when they see that you're happy and that you're trusting and that you
actually get along with your spouse, it drives them insane,
so then they wanna drag
you down to their level.
I, I personally, I would get new friends
