Practicing Daily Prayer and Reflection
I normally will do, and this is a bit of practice, is in the morning I
will try to do a decade of the rosary,
and then before I go to bed as well.
And that's just kind of, you know, do the Our Father,
do the Glory Be, do the Hail Mary.
You know, of course, pray with the kids before dinner time.
But the thing that I'm
trying to do a little bit more is to get the kids into it as well.
That you have a rosary in your pocket, or you have a crucifix,
or you've got an icon or something that you carry with you,
that you can touch with your hand.
It's a good idea. Like, Lord, help me.
You're tempted, or you're torn. What do I do?
Lord, help me with this, you know? Something as simple as that.
The Jesus I trust in you is sort of,
I probably say that a dozen times a day. Which is terrific. Yeah.
And the Jesus prayer is thinking of,
you know, Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner. Repeated
over and over again.
