And we've all

had it affect our life at some point,

whether we've thought about it or someone around us

has thought about it and actually done it.

It's fucked.

And

there was a friend of mine who said, "Hey,

a friend of mine

just took his life,"

but he said, "He should have waited."

I said, "What the fuck? Should have waited,

what do you mean?" "Yeah, he should

have waited, 'cause it gets better."

'Cause it does get better.

I know darkness.

I know everyone here knows darkness.

And we don't know how dark it needs to get

to go there, but that permanent solution

to a temporary problem is not worth it. I say talk.

Talk that shit out, man. Get that shit out.

That's not why you're here.

You are here to be loved and cherished.

So talk to your friends. Talk to a stranger.
