Discussion on Black Magic and Satanism

Do you regard black magic as being purely fictitious or is there some truth in it?

Some truth? 100% truth. There is nothing

fictitious about black magic in any way whatever.

It is a fact. It is a fact which has existed for several

thousand years. I mean, when we talk about black magic, we

are talking about

Satanism, necromancy, alchemy, witchcraft, the worship of Satan,

the worship of dark forces, whether it is voodoo, juju, whether it's something

practiced in the Western world or the Eastern world, whether it's

easily defined or not easily defined, the order of the left-hand path, the

following of this, the following of that.

It is basically the worship of the force of evil as embodied

by Satan, Lucifer, the princes of darkness and their

legions and so on. In a very simple sense, of course, it goes much more deeply than

that. It is a fact. It is a desperately dangerous

fact. It does exist. It exists around us today.

that Satanism as such,

it's there and it has been for thousands of years.

who claimed to be Satanists, who

claimed to be involved with black magic, who

claimed

that they

not only knew a lot about it,

but as I said, I've certainly been involved and I

warn all of you,

never, never, never.

You will not only lose your mind, you lose your soul.

So why steal them?

Well, because he thought it was good sport.

Because some men aren't looking for anything logical,

like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned

or negotiated with.

Some men

just want to watch the world burn.

direction. He said that higher knowledge does not make you

better,

it makes you more of what you already are.

So if you approach higher truth without things like shadow work,

discipline, humility and emotional development, your

shadow intensifies, your wounds enlargen,

your instability amplifies and your disconnection deepens.

Steiner said that higher knowledge when approached without the

corresponding development of character, humility

and inner discipline doesn't liberate the soul, it

unbalances it.
