Statements on ISIS, Camp Civilians and Fighting to Defend a City

I’m telling you, there is absolutely no ISIS here.

No one came to the camp except civilians,

the people of the area. I’m from Deir ez- Zor.

This is my final message.

We demand that those calling us ISIS

come and see the reality

on the ground.

Whoever they are,

whether a minister, a journalist, or

a doctor, or

any ordinary person. Come and see the reality,

and we are ready to take you into

the camp and show you around

the camp. You thought you would enter this city.

By God, you will enter it only

over our corpses and our remains.

We are subjects of the

Commander of the Faithful.

We want to implement

God’s law, the Almighty,

and we do not want America’s democracy. You came

with your weapons and equipment,

and we came

with our certainty in God Almighty.

By God, you will not enter this

city except over our remains.

We are subjects of the Commander

of the Faithful.

We support our brothers in

the Islamic State and tell

them, you are not fighting alone. We are fighting

in the path of God and

to uphold the words,

“There is no god but God,” to rout

this small rabble.
